I get an activation error when trying to click the link sent to me. What can I do?
Sometimes the activation links can get cut off depending of the email program you are using, leaving part of the URL out required for activation. You should be able to fix the problem by manually copy pasting the URL to your browser.
Similar errors can also occur if a long time has passed since you received the email, resulting in the expiration of the invitation. If this is the case, you can contact us for further support and for a new invitation.
